Learning curve

I have Rogers Shaw as a service provider. I’m find it hard to using the Samsung + features along with Rogers. A bit of a learning curve for a senior. Quite different look and feel from the Phillips TV set up I had before.

Good product but lacking one feature

I bought this tv just before Christmas. It was easy to connect but I found it difficult to set up (79 years old and not great with digital stuff). The picture and sound are great. The tv does not have a digital optical port so I can’t hook up my hearing aids directly to the tv and for me, that is a a bit of a problem

Complicated

Very complicated to setup Bluetooth device or add on things like cameras smart bulbs or Bluetooth items earbuds or keyboard mouse. I can’t get it to add any extras or apps. All onscreen instructions or any googled very hard to understand. So I have a tv that’s useless. But hey great picture and sound.
