I might have a lemon

My TV is just over a year old and continue to have several issue. Several times TV goes black screen. Have to unplug to get it back on. Several times the tv comes on and the picture is fuzzy and pink. Again have to unplug to correct. Several times a screen comes up asking for power on and screen freezes. You know what I have to do. Samsung support no help. Has 3 year warranty but Samsung wants me to 2 hours on the phone to be my own repairman. Sorry do not recommend the tv

Great picture, needs a better quality remote and u

The screen looks beautiful. The remote and interface lag are bad enough to remove two stars. The battery cover on the remote was loose from day 1. It’s a miracle we haven’t lost it yet. We have app crashes from time to time, but the annoying thing is when an app stays in a crashed state until you have to delete and reinstall the app.

Do not get this tv

The tv when black or you could hear was sound, I tried all the resetting recommended but it did not work, I’m still waiting on it to be repaired or replace.

Be aware before you buy any Samsung tv

I bought this TV one year ago, and I’m very disappointed with the quality. After just one year, a vertical line appeared on the screen, and it has been getting worse every day—now half of the screen is affected. This is not acceptable for a TV that was supposed to last longer. I expected better quality for the price I paid. I do not recommend buying this TV, and I hope the company stands behind their product and offers a solution.

Needs Optical inputs

No optical port,no Dolby Atmos picture is sharp and Samsung channel section is good. For the money and picture it’s a good buy.

Literal garbage.

We bought this tv 3/26/2024 and today (6/15/2025) it completely just died out of nowhere. We don’t even use the tv daily. As usual, absolute garbage from Samsung.
