Id first like to start off by stating an opinion of mine that is so close to being a fact that I 100% believe it to be. Samsung doesn't miss! No matter the product or category, if it has Samsung's name on it, its top 2. Their TVs are the epitome of perfection! The picture, colors, and brightness on this TV is unbelievable for the price. I use this for streaming mostly but I also plug my cpu into it and use it to play robot and NBA 2K. It's the "Swiss army knife" of televisions!

Great picture, subpar volume and directions
Went from an older metal framed 42" flat screen Samsung TV to this one. The U8000FB 55" is 3X lighter. Purchased new Onn Ultra thin Full Motion TV Wall Mount. Unpacking; No owners manual, just merely a crumpled difficult to read folded instruction sheet with little installation instructions. Bits of styrofoam stuck in framing around screen. We find remote to be small and difficult to read buttons. Was easy to install and hook up, however it does not have audio video jacks for older DVD player. Once all the registrations were completed, picture quality is outstanding. Audio volume is subpar at best even with changing audio settings. Had to unplug our Spectrum cable box to reset as screen turned pink only when turning onto cable TV. I merely unplugged cable box to reset and that worked. This TV takes slightly longer for picture to turn on compared to our 42". Will amend this review after a couple weeks of use. Need to try and get cable and the TV remote to work on just one remote. Will need to install other equipment for DVD player and an external audio system for better sound/volume quality. Overall for the $ so far I'm happy and the picture allows you to count the hairs on someone's head... It's that clear!

The features are great and easy to use
I use the tv for daily use and the ease of app uploads allows me to use my IPT without any issues. The color and picture is awesome.

Works well
I've had 2 other samsun tvs in my life time and they both had an issue. This one is different, no issues and I can happily rest knowing that if something was to happen the warranty and support teams will be there to help. I love the smart TV features it has and the Samsung TV app built in. I recommend this TV!

It really is a great tv with picture quality and user interface. The only issue is have is the hdmi placement for 2@3 . I had to buy a dangling splitter because the cabke was being bent on the wall . Other than that one of the best tv I've had

Yes, it's a SMART TV
I wanted to try a new Smart TV and this was a good choice, the size is ideal for my living room. Thanks to the color booster I can see the red hair of the Little Mermaid with my daughter over and over again. An other great feature is the Q symphony, the sound is amazing, I don't struggle with not hearing the movies or TV shows. I'm still exploring all the amazing features of the TV, once my daughter grant me full access to the TV for sure I will discover all, for now I can say that this is a great option if you are looking for good quality image, great sound and a nice design that will look amazing at your home.

Very disappointed
I bought this tv almost 2 months ago and it just crapped out .when I turn it on the screen stays black ,I’ve always bought Samsung products and never had an issue in the past . I reached out to Samsung the said they could have someone come out 8/12/25 so now I have to be without a tv for 10 days I think I might just go buy an LG and be done . Very unhappy !!!
