Samsung’s careless attitude
I sent my z fold 3 for a battery replacement, but since the cost was too high, I declined the service and had it sent back. When I received it, the phone’s sound had stopped working. I sent it back again, but they didn’t take responsibility and refused to repair it free of charge. Less than a week later, the Wi-Fi also stopped working. Now the phone is practically unusable. I’ll never buy a Samsung again, thank you.

Rubbish support
The WiFi failed just out of warranty and looking on the Internet there are lots of occurrences of the same fault. Talked to Samsung support who turned my device into a brick as there was no Internet the phone would not complete setup.

Too slim
HI, my main problem is the size of the phone when closed. Obviously it has to have a cover and between the cover and the slim design I do not like using the phone. I also have trouble with the battery as it doesn't hold the charge for very long

not good enough
when i open it up the sound doesnt work. when i go to close it unless i turn the screen off it crashes. wifi doesnt work
