Internal wifi hardware issues

TV did not work out of the box. Set it up and initially had issues downloading apps. Once I did a hard reset I was able to download apps but the TV could not stream live TV without buffering or experience quality drop off. After sending a tech, Samsung told me it was an issue with my wifi despite having almost 750 MbPs and all my other devices work without issue. I even placed an iPad under the TV and it streamed live TV fine. I had to purchase an external streaming device and connect it to the TV to bypass the issue and it now works. Despite this, Samsung maintains it is an issue with my wifi and therefore not covered by the warranty.

Sales and performance

Purchased in November/2024 sales was great and helpful getting us the tv that we wanted. Really enjoy the tv picture is sharp and we’ve a bright living room and the tv performance is outstanding.

Good quality picture with small other issues

Had it for 9 months now. Good picture quality but the remote works good but very confusing and have had to phone help a couple times to get things sorted out.

Up to date with most technology for it price range and availability Should work better with other software most people use …from voice control to sliding into easier conformity of other controlling platforms
