great picture

The tv is amazing. The picture quality is spectacular. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the picture. I would recommend to anybody looking for a new television 10 times over.

Extremely Unhappy

Although advertised by Samsung as ‘Bixby-Voice Ready’ and BJ’s as “Alexa Built-in Voice Assistant’ this model fails to perform. Bixby cannot be turned-on in models where the remote does not have a mic button and Alexa is simply not built-in. Additionally, the Spectrum app which was available disappeared and is o longer available for download. Samsung states they do not support such 3-re party apps, however the Spectrum app is still available and functional on my other Samsung tv’s. Don’t waste your money on DU7200D or Samsung for that matter. Should have bought an LG.

Happy with TV

I am pleased that I chose this model and size TV. It fits well in the living room which is not terribly large, has a great picture, but took some getting used to navigating the features. I would like to see more print information packaged with the TV to make it more user friendly out of the box.
