Annoying, no protection. Wasted $ for name brand.
Purchase this based on my extreme satisfaction with one like it for a previous model Samsung phone. I was extremely disappointedd and put it aside for an off brand that worked well. Came across it and decided to try it again. Still hate it. Purchased the S24 Ultra and want to keep it protected. The case will not remain closed at all and flops around, making it difficult to slide it in my pocket or purse. After owning several Samsung phones and multiple other samsung items, i have always defended samsung to the "I" group. First time i've ever been truly disappointed with a Samsung product.

You no need to open the whole case to see who call
I'm only giving it a 4 because you guys discontinuing but to me, I really liked it. The quality was great. It protect my phone I wish you guys would bring it back, i didn't get dirty a little bit fast if you got the white one.That's the only problem

Poor quality
Agreed with the other reviewers. The case is worse than the one I had for S9+. It doesn't stay closed. It cannot be used as a horizontal stand and the plastic feels and looks cheap. Yes, it's cheaper than it used to be but so is the quality worse.

very nice works as advertised and the product is decent quality. I wished the case would stay closed but other than that it's really cool. I really enjoy the s view window.

Disappointing!
Disappointing. Each model/"update" of these cases seem to get worse. Years ago, my wallet case showed an LED message by scrolling across the front cover. Without opening the case you could see the name/number of the call, music that was playing, etc... It also had room for two cards inside and stayed closed well. Really great case, that one. Now, I am only on day two of this new S24 wallet case and am already annoyed. Room for ONLY one card. Ridiculous! (I tried putting my Driver's License inside where the back of the phone meets the case. That didn't work since it caused the phone to protrude out of the case.) The front cover "s-view" window is a big pain in the butt. I like the concept, but it keeps getting snagged on things, and I find my fingers always find a way to dirty up the screen there. It does stay closed, but really don't understand why a magnetic snap wasn't built in. Honestly, don't you guys at Samsung test these things on the street before releasing them for sale?? I wish I'd kept my old Galaxy phone and wallet case!

Needs a magnet closure
So much potential but execution needs to be improved. Needs a magnetic closure to fix things.

USELESS!
I bought this today. I have had the last three models, and they get progressively worse with each new phone. It is useless. It can only hold one card. If you try to or three, it won't close, and you're begging for them to fall out by accident.
