Oddly tapered legs

For some reason the leg opening is narrower than the rest of the leg. This makes the pant (short) leg puff out. That plus the pleats and these aren’t flattering in ways I’d like them to be. On others they may be great. I’m going to keep looking. The material is nice, not see through. They seem well made.
