Sanctuary Cherry Lacquer Multi in Med

I received a Black sweater tagged Med that was Small labeled. Waited weekend to receive, your Warehouse was out of what I ordered, sent this instead ? I had already paid for it before it even came. I looked for way to the color, so very disappointed, then even marked wrong? We have had large amounts of snow and ice here. I live nearly an hour from your closed Macys. That is why I mail order. It is unfair to send the wrong item on purpose from your warehouse as your representative told me. Them expect a customer that has been with you since 1988 to try to drive 2 hours or more for a return for an item they did not order and was told not too by Your Representative. I spend thousands of Dollars a year from your store, I should be treated with more respect and kinder. I am very disappointed in you expectations. There is 3 inches of ice everywhere here, and the closest UPS Store or FedEx is Over 45 minutes one way. I expect a phone call and apologize for receiving such a wrong item from you

Sweater

On the model this sweater looks really good. When I put it on, the neck area shoulder area, made me look so wide. It was very disappointing. I was excited to get the sweater. My second issue was they left the alarm tag on the sweater.

Underwhelming

i regret buying this scratch, itcy mess of a sweater. i wore it once so I can't return it, but it's so not worthe the money at half the price. I wish I could say one nice thing about it, but I cant. I do not recommend.
