package is terrible 😫

The product is of very high quality, but the packaging was terrible; it looked like a full garbage bag. It's a disgrace for Macy's; they need to package things more carefully. The coat was just thrown in there. I won't be buying anything from them again.

Soft Comfort

I love this coat! Super soft, furry and stylish, and it goes with everything from athleisure to dresses. It is a knit fabric, so it feels kinda like a sweater. Runs very large, I am a 10-12 and the small is perfect.
