Disappointed in Macy’s

I recently purchased the sweater as a gift for my daughter-in-law. I ordered a size medium the sweater she received was XXXS which was not even on the chart. After it was delivered a pop-up saying final sale no returns, which was not there when I ordered the sweater.. I have been with Macy’s for many many years and I’m truly disappointed. That I cannot return it I get a refund or exchange even is really bad policy for Macy’s. I would like a response to the situation also would like to be able to get a refund or exchange

A great style

The knit is neat and forgiving. I ordered a medium size (122 lbs, 5'3" with an athletic build, usually wearing ps/s/xs) for layering purposes. The length of the medium reaches about an inch below the middle of my hips. The neckline falls well below the breast line because the knit is soft and has a bit of drape. A size small would have worked fine for layering as well. I would recommend ordering your usual size.
