Recd Ring but Carats not same as advertised.

Very disappointed. A lot of money to pay. Advertised as 1.5 ct tw for the sapphire and 5/8 ct tw for the Diamonds, yet received identical ring but 5/8 ct tw for the sapphire and only 3/8 ct tw for the diamonds. Tiny TINY! Not at all what was advertised. Spoke to their online chat AD NASEUM and they said they would replace it but it would take another 3-5 business days, no expediting, and they could not guarantee I wouldn't end up with the ring advertised. Said I might end up with the same ring. Sent me to a phone number to verify with their jewelry department....800-289-6229....which is just their general number. Spoke to a guy who said he was transferring me to Jewelry Department... I held 13 minutes to very obnoxious music. Pretty ridiculous. Took 34 minutes to figure out that I would have to return it. I have several other Effy rings and necklaces, all which are beautiful. But doubt the ring in advertised carats exists. Online chat not helpful. Jewelry dept via phone good
