Terrible quality and customer service

My husband bought me this ring for my 70th birthday. He was never offered an insurance program through Macy’s. They admitted that purchasing online doesn’t offer a protection plan and that you have to know to call for the protection plan. Almost immediately I lost 2 side emerald stones, brought it back to Macys said they could not help me. Brought it to another jewelry store to have it repaired. They tried to work on it but suggested sending out to an emerald specialist. I chose to do that since I really loved the ring. I have had the ring for a month or so and now it’s missing diamonds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. So very disappointed with the ring and also Macys customer service.

Beautiful Blue Sapphire White Gold

Gave to my daughter for Xmas. She is still loving it! No issues at 3 months. It's made well, thoughtfully designed somewhat dainty yet elegant. Because it's not a very big ring it's perfect for everyday use. Looks very pretty adorned on the finger. Diamond accents have a nice sparkle. It's hard to capture a pic on my phone; the sapphire is not as dark as it appears in the pic. The ring is much better looking in real life.

Good customer service

The main sapphire was lost after just 4 weeks. The department manager at first argued about replacing the ring but then agreed that this shouldn’t happen if the ring is well-made. I plan to take the new one to a jeweller for inspection.
