Macy's failed

I would love to tell you about the piece of jewelry but I can't, because it's not here. I ordered this on December 11th, in part because it said it would arrive well in time for Christmas. I received a notice on the 12th saying it had shipped. And now, on December 23rd, it says it won't arrive until January 2nd. Clearly it hasn't shipped. I reached out to customer service to see if I could just go get it at a local store. Nope! They don't have it in the stores. Sorry! No offer to make it right. No offer for a discount on future purchases. Nothing. They don't care. This is why department stores like Macy's are dying.

Disappointed over and over again.

Purchased this ring and sent out to be sized. Took almost a month and it was too big. They resent it and again, after 3 more weeks, still too big. So disappointed as I needed this for an occasion. Ring is mailed from NY to California! Macy’s, get a jeweler in NY! After hours wasted picking out the ring and going back and forth, I returned the ring and got my money back. You lost a good customer because of your jewelers who cannot size a ring correctly. Very discounted and without a ring.

Love my new ring my husband picked out for me. Just the right size gem stone and diamonds. And it's not to high that you can hit it on anything, that was important to me. Very happy........

MACYS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

tHEY SEND YOU WHATEVER SIZE THEY HAVE. THIS RING IS WAY TOO SMALL. I ORDERED SIZE 8, THEY SENT SIZE 6. I AM A SEMI INVALID. I DON T GO TO THE STORE. NOW I HAVE TO GO THRU A LOT OF HASSEL TO RETURN IT. WILL NEVER BUY A RING OR WATCH AGAIN FROM MACYS, THEY ALWAYS GET SIZES WRONG.
