DEFECTIVE BRACLET

WAS GIVEN AS CHRISTMAS GIFT BRACLET ITSELF IS BEAUTIFUL BUT IT CANNOT BE WORN BECAUSE THE LOCKING CLASP WILL NOT STAY LOCKED IT HAS FALLEN OFF REPEATEDLY BROUGHT BACK TO STORE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE ALL LIKE THIS YOU HAVE TO KEEP ADJUSTING LOCK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR AN ITEM OF THIS PRICE OR ANY PRICE

The product was gifted to me recently; altho purchased on sale a few months ago. It came missing a stone; it was put in a small ziplock bag missing a stone. No stone in bag.
