Lovely, but.....

Loved this until an emerald fell out and frustrated that a straightforward answer is not provided by customer service to get repair or for information on warranty.

Don’t buy this

Worst purchase. Loved it and then two stones fell out. Two sapphires. I think the quality is terrible and I should never have bought it. I’m a macys fan but won’t buy their jewelry again. :-(

Clear gems, nice quality, a keeper

Very nice gems. Emeralds are very crystal clear. Not the typical cloudy inclusions I find in most emeralds. Would love for Macy to offer more than size 7 in most of their rings, which I can wear only in a small band, which this is. If they'd had a 7.5, I'd have ordered. This is a keeper & very nicely made.
