Delivery mistake

I gave it one star since Macy's had it delivered to an old address but has my updated address. Don't know why they used that. All my other macy deliveries have come to my old address

POOR QUALITY

I purchased 2 pairs of these sapphire earrings and when they arrived they did NOT Look like the advertised pair in the photo. The sapphires are the lowest grade of sapphire. Very dark in color like a grayish dark green in color. And both pairs were defective with deep scratches . I tried to exchange them at the store and unfortunately the nine pairs they had in stock were ALL DAMAGED and the color of sapphire did NOT look like the photo. Every stone was of low grade, dark, poor quality. Such a Disappointment. Yes they are lightweight. The latch is a flawed design as well.

Not like picture

I was very disappointed with these sapphire earrings. If there are any diamonds I couldn’t find them. I received a pair that must have been returned because there were no tags on the earrings.I hope Macys will take them back for return.
