Wanted to love it!

I purchased the letter J. The size, color, quality is great, however, when I tried it on the letter doesn't lay correctly, I think the ring that pulls the chain through is too big and the letter tends to twist making the letter upside down or sideways.

Thank you for posting your review. The letter is very dainty, small and lightweight, so it might move slightly around on the neck (vs. a heavier charm which due to the weight will hold it down straight) when it's worn. I am sorry to hear that the necklace did not work out for you. I hope this information has been helpful!

Too Small

When we received the necklace, we were very disappointed that it as so small, I could barely see the charm,

Thank you for your post. Yes, the AMELIA initial pendant is intentionally very small for a dainty look. The letter itself measures 7.5mm with a small loop on top. It's approximately the height of a dime (see alternate product image that features the charm as compared to a dime) and is intended to be worn close to the collarbone. If you are interested in a larger initial that makes more of a statement, I recommend the ANDI initial necklace which is a larger size (about the height of a quarter).

Wouldn't recommend this

I wish I hadn't bothered with this 'deal'. The letter is so tiny I can hardly recognize it. The chain so thin that upon just opening the package and taking the tag off the clasp broke from the chain. Again the chain us so tiny I'm not sure I could even open and close the clasp to wear this. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I will b returning this for a refund.

Thank you for your post. We are sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the clasp. The tag should be cut off (vs. pulled off) so as not to pull on the clasp. With regards to the size of the charm and chain, yes- it is intentionally very dainty and thin as it is a minimalist design as shown on the model in the product image. The charm is about the height of a dime, and the chain is equally dainty so as to match the proportions of the charm. We are sorry to hear it was not as you expected.

This necklace is so pretty. It is very small so be aware but it’s delicate, very feminine.

Love this cute necklace!

So cute! I only wear delicate gold jewelry and this is perfect. The A is for my husband and I added the C charm for my son. I wore it today and already got three compliments! The necklace sits right below my collarbone and the charm is very cute and delicate (about the size of a thumbnail) which I love. It's exactly what I was looking for.
