I haven’t received the item yet, I placed my order on 1/23/2025 , received an email saying shipped on 1/23/2025 and since that day I haven’t received any update when I will receive my order.this is a frustrating situation…hope that Macy’s personal solve the problem or give a credit. Appreciate it
