Damaged dress

This dress was beautiful but i was very disappointed as we were sold a very dirty dress, ripped in some areas and rhe zipper was rippes too and rhe lasy who was very nice said we couldnt return it.

Beautiful dress

This dress is so beautiful. I loved the color and ruffles, which have a kind of iridescent shimmer when you move. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the material ripped pretty easily on the train, but that was also because people kept stepping on it at prom, it was a little itchy, and it was also too long but I'm very short. It was a lovely design. One of my favorites. I recommended.

Ripped on arrival. No Customer Service or HELP!!

Very disappointed. My daughter’s prom dress arrived ripped straight out of the box, two major tears we did not cause. The dress was pretty, but the tears are noticeable. Even worse, it’s been nearly impossible to reach customer service to get help, or see how this will be handled because it’s too late to return the dress. Macy’s needs to do better.

Only for 6 foot tall females

Bought for my daughter who is 5’5” and the length was insanely long on her. Even with very high heels it wouldn’t come close to the proper length. You need to be at least a 6 foot + tall female to possibly wear this. It looked like a complete mess. Will not work for a typical high school girl. The length was ridiculous. Probably would be too long on the tallest guy in the school. …She tried on many dresses and this was crazy long compared to every other one she tried. I don’t expect perfection, but be prepared to spend money on major alterations which defeats the purpose of getting a dress at Macys at a decent price. We returned it. They need to keep in mind that most young ladies going to prom are not 6 foot tall or taller!!!
