Flat Cap
Macy's did a great job in delivering the cap to me. I have 2 other Scala caps. The outer shells are firm and perfectly formed as is the picture of the one that I just bought. The hat I received is soft, flat and wrinkled, nothing like the 2 that I already own. A huge disapointment.
Purchase
I love my scalp cap it is very good for the weather especially when it gets colder.
Fake or wrong item
What delivered was extremely poor quality and nothing like the picture shown.
Stetson Black Cap
It was advertised as a Stetson cap, it is not. The picture showed a Stetson, and I received a Scala. The cap is nice and fits well, however, it is still not a Stetson.

I didn’t receive this order i received the others but this one no?!
Sent wrong product
The hat I received did not match the picture and brand. I was out of the country and passed the return window. The hat I received looks terrible and made with cheap material.
Not a Stetson
I ordered a Stetson hat . What came was cheaply made hat made by another brand. I will be returning.
Item received not as pictured
Hat I received is not the same as pictured. Label says Scala only. No Stetson or a metal Stetson tag on what looks to be more sturdy thx a flimsy hat I got. Very disappointed.
