Bye bye 20 pounds

I just bought this figure yesterday. The attached tool (weapon) broke within minutes of playing. We live far from the toy shop to return it—20 pounds for a broken toy. I saw other 2 broken, same model, on the shelf but thought it could be from accidents. My son has never broken a toy before. My conclusion: this toy is not for playing, maybe display?

Anchor snaps off immediately

My boys are older so it’s not playing roughly that’s the issue. We have two of these one for each boy and the axe has broken off both. I notice others have mentioned it and been offered a spare part showing Schleich haven’t even looked at the design fault because it’s molded in and not something you can replace.
