Pretty uncomfortable shoes

I was looking for this style and color to match my outfit and was happy to see them on my feet at first but after 2 times wearing them I feel very uncomfortable as they loose the shape becoming wide on the back. I took them for vacation and barely walk on carpet as they slides. Very unhappy.
