The straps were different sizes!!!

I am so sad, I bought these shoes and they were so cute but when I went to tighten the strap the right shoes felt tighter than the left. When I held up the straps next to each other, there was about an inch in length difference. Such a bummer to know they are so poorly made and there isn’t any quality control.
