Beautiful Shoe but. . .

First of all they sent me a damaged shoe, I don't care if it's at the bottom. If I'm paying a lot of money for something, I expect it to be new. The bottom looked like the sticker tag was removed but the leather sole came off with the sticker smh. They run small. I wear a 6.5 or 7 but something told me to size up and I ordered a 7.5. They were too small, I guess I needed an 8. And the heel looks higher in the photo than in pperson. I do lovvvvve the color and the rope look, that's what drew me to the shoes.
