Beautiful dress. Sensor left on once again.

I placed an online order for this dress as soon as it went on sale. It was delivered on time; however, like past online orders, the sensor was left on the dress. I now have to bring it into the store to have it removed, and most likely be embarrassed once again when it triggers the store security monitors. I’m done buying clothing online at Macy’s. Customer service has deteriorated to the point where it is basically non-existent. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.
