Sculpey is the best

I am such a fan of the sculpey brand clay. I’ve used the III, the premo and the soufflé, all have qualities that I love. Will continue to exclusively use sculpey clay.

All you need is Premo clay

Sculpey Premo clay has been wonderful for my projects, especially the white, which I primarily use for sculpting. It strikes a perfect balance — not too hard and not too soft. This means I don’t leave a hundred fingerprints on my pieces, yet it’s still malleable enough to condition easily with my hands.

HUNT FOR ECRU

For some reason, craft stores are not carrying ecru. But when I checked the Sculpey site, there was Premo ecru in two sizes !! Hurrah! I bought 2 one-pound packages. I'm very dependent on Premo ecru to make faux bone and faux ivory. Also, I often create a palette of colors, each mixed with Premo ecru. It's perfect.
