Purchased for myself last Christmas. Under normal use they became flat, lifeless lumps within 3 months. Working with Macy's to get the warranty figured out. Buyer beware! Not the quality I expected from an American made product.

I bought this pillow thinking that its going to be flat after a week of using it..but to my surprise it stays the same and it look so neat and comfortable. I sure recommend it.. its a good buy!!

The product is very comfy, it feels so soft that gives us support but its not the best purchased ever because it lost its shape in two weeks time.
