I was looking for something that was really flat or would go flat. It did not. It was very high. The quality overall looked really good. Unfortunately website did not mention thickness so it has been returned.

I like the fact that a down alternative is used, but its still just as soft. It has remained fluffy after using for quite some time. Taking care of is easy, wash on gentle cycle, and dry on low.

This pillow is soft yet supportive. I was not able to feel my arms underneath like most pillows I’ve owned. It provides the support I need without being super firm. It feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is so fluffy and soft. It doesn't flatten or lose shape from use. It provides good head support and is great if you like to hold a pillow while sleeping. Unfortunately, I couldn't give it 5 stars because while it does stay soft, it gets lumpy after a short time.
