Nice pillows for guest bedroom. Not too soft and not too full, but just right.

Pillows arrived wet and stained. The packaging is poorly done. Its a rainy day and the plastic casing was open. Pillows are wet due to it being a rainy day. The wet marks are also stained from the cardboard box. Do better Macys!

is it soft. yes. however does not hold your head up, you literally sink into it. it dies maje a good knee pillow if looking for something for in between them.

My husband seems to like it, he is a back and side sleeper. It did take him a few days to get used to the pillow and now that he has, he says he likes it. It was too soft for the first few days and now he seems to enjoy using the pillow. We'll see if he keeps to it, he has been through so many pillows and hope this one will be a keeper.
