Terrible Pillow

Medium support??? More like ZERO support. And the pillow has a weird smell. This will be going in the trash. Do NOT recommend..

Medium-firm is an inaccurate description.

I’ve been searching for what I consider to be the perfect side sleeper; firm but not hard and not too much loft. Pillow companies don’t share any standards of description for their products so it’s virtually impossible to buy them online. I’ve learned that now. To me, this pillow is not medium firm, it’s very soft and has to be balled up to get enough loft that it doesn’t partially cover your mouth or nose when you rest your head on it. Maybe the product I’m looking for doesn’t exist anymore. I wish I hadn’t removed the tags from my current pillow which met all of my needs perfectly. Lesson learned.
