Disappointing fit and fabric

I have bought many Seasalt dresses and clothing over the years and I have 2 Enor short sleeve dress that fit me perfectly. Didn't realize the clothing had been converted to US sizes so I bought my usual UK size 12 and received a US size 12 instead. Thank goodness I received a larger size because the arms and chest are very tight. Not at all like my other UK12 /US 8 Enor dresses. Also the fabric is really thin. Even thinner than my summer dresses, not the usual quality I am used to. I'm keeping the dress because I love the print but I may take in the waist as it's a little bit big. Not impressed with dress, hope it's not a sign that Seasalt quality is going down.
