It has an elasticated panel on the non-detachable hood and cuffs to keep rain out, and fastens with snappers. The waterproof rating is 3,000mm so it is perfect for sudden showers on changeable days.

Thin and runs quite large.

It’s a very thin rain slicker. I hoped it’d be a waterproof canvas. No. It’s like paper thin. I’m concerned opening and closing the snaps will easily tear the jacket.

Should be half the price

I wanted a jacket with these colors. However, I’m not impressed with the quality for the price. You can get a real LL bean or other outdoor company waterproof jacket for the price. This jacket is longish and would probably overwhelm someone shorter. The closure is snaps with no zipper. This seems cheap to me. I hope it’s waterproof as claimed
