Shipping fraud

Do not pay for expedited shipping! I paid extra instead of using the free shipping because I wanted to get the item sooner. Macy’s still hasn’t shipped the item and the expedited delivery date is still the same as if I had used the free shipping option. I contacted customer service to at least have the extra shipping charge refunded and they refused to help. The agent said the item is set to ship in a few days- it will ship out on the same day it was supposed to arrive by with my extra shipping charge! What a fraud!

Not worth paying extra for quicker shipping

I did not want to wait until Christmas Eve to get my tree so I paid extra for premium shipping. The email I received stated I can expect my delivery on 12-22-25. Not exactly 1-3 business days.

Great quality all lights worked

Very pleased all the lights worked and it’s very beautiful tree. I would recommend this product.
