buyer beware

in response to the previous review. Macy s sent us a used end recliner as well....nine months old and looks like we had it for years. I reviewed this sectional last spring and it's been taken down. Very disappointing .

BUYER BEWARE of customer service and delivery.

This is a BUYER BEWARE review for Macys customer service and delivery service. We purchased this furniture in the Macy’s furniture store in person! Paid for “white glove “ delivery service! If you can actually get the pieces you purchased after you already paid alot of money for it on a Macys credit card!…it’s nice furniture. They delivered us two right armed pieces and left them ! as though we wanted a sofa with an armrest stuck in the middle Point being your NEW furniture may have been sitting in someone else’s home being used for months before they get around to correcting their mistake. They will take one of these pieces back from us and resell it as NEW to someone else Im sure somebody out there has two left arm pieces. This furniture is posted as “in stock “ but they told us Late OCT. for a correct piece “approximately “! Maybe.? Will we get a NEW piece of furniture then ? I doubt it. I think we will get the wrong piece they left at someone else’s house.

Gray Sebaston 2 - Pc. Fabric Sofa w/Power recline

LOVE THIS SOFA!!! It is perfect in our apartment & love the gray color. It goes perfect with our burgandy chairs we already have. Love the smooth way that it reclines with just a touch of the easy to use buttons. It is the Cadillac of reclining sofas!!!

Comfortable!

This is our 3rd reclining sofa in the last 20 years and our favorite. It has much better back support than the others and my feet actually can touch the ground when I’m seated. (I’m 5’6”). My family loves this and we bought the matching chair too.
