Buyer beware

When is the sectionals recliners broke in 11 months then Macy’s came out because it was under warranty still and the serviceman ordered the part to be shipped to our house. The part never came and six months of going back-and-forth back-and-forth found out. The guy was no longer part of Macy’s. Macy’s turned us over to worry no more. Check the reviews on worry no more, they are horrific. Well it’s been over a year back-and-forth now and it was finally totally denied and now we’re gonna have it carded away to the dump all within two years of purchase.

Buyer beware

First of all, do not buy worry no more insurance until you read the reviews. Total scam. Mechanisms broke in one recliner before a year was up. The second recliner broke before the second year was up. It has never been repaired because they kept passing it back back-and-forth, and when the part was finally ordered, it never came, and then it was handed to worry no more back-and-forth until. They declined it and I challenged it with all my paperwork and they declined it again. I am now having it picked up and taken to the dump. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying from Macy’s again.

Living Room Chairs

Received chairs on the delivery today; chairs are exactly to the description provided; very elegant and beautiful, luxurious for formal living room and fitting for a den or bedroom area. Add review later on the comfort level; recliner works perfectly; love them! Delivery men very helpful and courteous.

Garbage

While I love how this couch looks and we wanted power headrests and this was a great choice and comfortable but we've had this 3 power recliner couch for only about 2 months and 2 out of the 3 recliners already stopped working. This thing is garbage, save your money.

Buyer beware too hard

Nice looking couch great for a waiting room. Absolutely cannot get comfortable on this sectional way too hard. It gave me back aches… if this the couch to relax and watch a movie definitely not. Called Macys had them returned. Customer service was great my sales person is great too. It just wasn’t the right couch for me.

Hopeless! Macys is no longer the same

We scheduled a white glove delivery for this furniture and paid shipping plus white glove and protection plan. The furniture arrived without any covering or plastic sheet, the upholstery was dirty and seemed used.The delivery staff walked in with dirty footwear and no shoe sleeves. so much for white glove delivery and buying an apparently used dirty piece of furniture.

Comfortable Sectional

Very comfortable Sectional. The only problems are the cell phone charger in the console quit working after day one and the couch started creaking after a week or so. The primary reason for the 3 star review is the atrocious customer service. They delivered the wrong piece twice and didn't get it right until the third delivery. During that time was a holiday gathering which was ruined (we moved out to another family members house) and horrible communication and false promisesFor discounts and experience resolution. It didn't happen. Very disappointed.

Very nice, good quality, and comfortable

I bought this sofa for my mom's place. She loves it! It looks great, good quality, the microfiber feels nice like suede, and it's semi-firm yet comfortable. The recliner seats are a good width, and when reclined it almost extends out completely. I purchased the floor model at a good discount, so it was definitely worth it. I wouldn't buy it at full price, but I would recommend it on sale.
