Hopeless! Macys is no longer the same

We scheduled a white glove delivery for this furniture and paid shipping plus white glove and protection plan. The furniture arrived without any covering or plastic sheet, the upholstery was dirty and seemed used.The delivery staff walked in with dirty footwear and no shoe sleeves. so much for white glove delivery and buying an apparently used dirty piece of furniture.

2-seat with console

Deliver on 1.23.24 Great 3 piece with two power recliners and console. Got it in the stock color of midnight. I will say it is firm, but understandable as it is new. Love the power headrests and power footrest. The light on the console is touch activated, easy to operate. The charging station for wireless charging does not work with every phone, but, that's ok.

Quality at a reasonable price

This sofa is made really well. I normally would never buy a piece of furniture without seeing it in person, but i needed an exact size and this fit the bill. The fabric is a sueded microfiber. the buttons for reclining are on the inside of the arm which is a great design feature. The seats are quite wide. This just about reclines into a bed. Two people could sleep on this, one in each seat, comfortably. There is a wireless charger when you slide the front of the middle console forward which also exposes two cup holders. When you lift the lid on the middle console there is a great deal of room along with two USB ports. The light in the middle is great and is touch sensitive to adjust to 3 different levels of brightness. I used Macys white glove service for delivery. They were great with communicating time of delivery. I was given a 2 hour window. They assembled and removed all boxes. Amazingly comfortable sofa with customer service to match!

We love our new sofas!

We absolutely love these pieces. We saw them while shopping in the store and they caught our attention immediately. The stucco color is a nice neutral beige/light tan. From a distance the cloth material looks like leather. The pieces are constructed so they stay connected from the bottom and don’t move around, which was a typical problem with sectionals. The headrests lie flat when not in use which gives a nice lower profile. The mechanisms work smoothly and the seating is firm and supportive. They are large/wide pieces so make sure you measure your space. We saw them in person at the store and saw how big they were before we purchased them so it wasn’t a shock when they arrived. This set has the console which is a very clever piece…it has a nice bright task light that activates by “touch,” a concealed place for drinks, a charging deck for your phone and a nice storage place for remotes with 2 plug in charging ports. Overall a great purchase.
