BROKEN Items

Looks like this is very good quality, however due to broken glass in the box I have not taken the items out yet.

Lid Broken

Everything was fine except we received one with the lid clasp broken off.

Storage Set

The storage set was just what I needed. The glass was not broken and well packaged. However, In first set the top of two of the lids had broken handles. I called Macys and a new set arrived 48 hours later. I returned the damaged set with free shipping (provided by Macys) three days later. I was very impressed with customer service and pleased with my new 16 piece glass storage set.

mostly as expected, but one hing off of a plastic cover broken when unwrapping the platic covering; Speaking of plasitc covering, that's one reason I purchased these: LESS plastic! There was lots of plastic packaging: the way of the world, I guess.
