Loose handle on lid

This pot is nice and would be perfect if it weren’t for the loose handle on the lid. It arrived that way and there is no way to tighten it. So frustrating!

It's a nice pot. A little on the light side though. I was expecting it to be a bit more heafty and sturdy feeling and such.
