Damaged Goods

These pots came to me already used; I’m guessing someone used them and returned them and Macy’s staff FAILED to check them and just put them back with the regular stock! The 8 and 12 quart pots had burnt stains in both which was not hard to see.

Not happy with the product

Product came with two 6quart lids which doesn’t fit the mid sized pot. Handles not solid pices and have sharp edges. Also can get very hot.

Excellent quality. Durable. it is 5-layer with core Aluminum component component base for spreading heat evenly. Light, though (NOT as heavy as it looks). And by looks, it is smaller than it appears. Was in good condition. Shipping was fast. Excellent customer service. Haven’t used yet, but I recommend because it is a good quality
