Did not arrive factory sealed

Ordered this watch direct from vendor and it did not arrive factory sealed. All the protective materials were removed. Most likely I was sent a display case item and I was told that if I ordered directly from vendor this would not happen. I am a watch collector and Macys did not meet my expectations.
