So cute, but runs VERY SMALL

I ordered this dress for my daughter. (She is very petite for 15 and still wears kids’ sized clothes most of the time.) I ordered an XXS, but it wouldn’t zip. She loved the style, so I’ve reordered this same dress in a small and medium. Hopefully, one of the dresses will fit her!
