Disappointed

Cute dress but not flattering on body , I am 5’3 118 purchased small fits fine but the bottom ruffles on dress flared out makes your hips look twice as large , not a good look , fabric is a bit stiff , as much as I like the design and perfect length for a petite shape this dress is a no for me .
