Poor customer service

The dress arrived damaged 2buttons out of 4 missing my assumption customer service sent me an already returned item as tags were missing also! The actual dress has a nice cut and fit..?I’m 5’7 185lb ordered Xlg it fit very comfortably I would’ve kept the dress if it wasn’t for the condition and the horrible customer service!

disappointed.

My review is based on the store customer service, I received this dress damaged missing 2 of the 4 gold buttons, I just can’t imagine what kind of human would package this dress to send to someone as it was visibly a damaged item! I did try the dress I am 200lbs 5”7 ordered a xlg the dress seems like it has lots of potential had it come to me new and not a used or returned item!
