This dress would have been the winner for my 13 year old but it was way too big in the chest area. Would be perfect for a teen with a chest.

THIS DRESS IS AWESOME but…

It was really cute and I loved it. It wasn’t too short or too revealing but I did find myself pulling up the top of the dress MANY times. That could happen if you get the wrong size.
