Too soft not supportive

Although it has the cool touch and contour, it is too soft and makes my head almost flat on the bed. I tried to add another pillow or towels underneath but all options do not work well.

Can't sleep on my side

My neck doesn't hurt anymore. It's a good quality pillow, but I can't sleep comfortable on my side, because I can't put my hand underneath the pillow.

I'm in love with this pillow. it's comfortable and supportive. I no longer sleep with a neck pillow since using this. I highly recommend

Not firm at all.

The pillow is not firm at all nor supports your neck.

Nice pillow but way too soft. Does not even hold the contour shape.
