I purchased this for my daughter who is going away to college this fall but was disappointed when I got the delivery. First the topper is way to “plush” or squishy as my daughter stated and secondly which is what upset me the most, the gel infused second pillow shown in the picture and advertised in the bold letters as part of a pillow set did not come with my order. According to customer service the it only brings one pillow, which I feel is misleading and falsely advertised on their site. The picture shows two pillows, and the two short paragraphs following mention the pillow set. Well in conclusion, the customer service lady said they can’t send the other pillow so I can just return it, so I did just that!

There is only one pillow included in this bundle, the main image shows the memory foam insert that is inside of the pillow. i purchase the item for my son and he likes and loves the comfort...it's just exactly the size he wants...but i will try to get one for a twin or queen bed next time

8 years agoGlorified padded cover, NOT a thick topper
AS other reviews have said, big disappointment. This feels like a squishy quilt and will not offer any cushioning on a hard dorm mattress-- which is why we bought it. The scale above makes you choose "firm" or "plush" this is neither. It's soft and squishy like a cotton ball. I will be returning.

Not Gel Infused and Not Memory Foam
This is a fairly comfortable topper for the price but it is definitely not as advertised. Let's go with the "Too good to be true" phrase. It's not as cushy as it looks in the pic and it feels very acrylic filled. Don't be fooled. If this is your price point, go for it. Just know that it's not what it says.

Soft and Fluffy
I loved the comfort and softness of the topper. I ordered one in Queen size .The only downside is the photo showed quilted stitching and fiberfill is not in individual pockets to prevent clumping and shifting with time. Great for now!
