Unsupportive

First of all it is 21 x 14 not 24 x 14 as described. It felt cool to touch but I did not remove plastic. It was foam, not sure there is any memory. Could pinch completely flat between 2 fingers. I still tried laying head on it, area completely flattened to surface, no support. Returning. I have been using contour pillows for years, this doesn't have any neck support.

Horrible

Pillow is standard size, very plush and doesn't stay cool. I am glad I bought it on sale. I would have returned it if I didn't break the box.

Exceedingly comfortable!

I like a contour pillow as it helps sleeping on my side. This is so soft and the most comfortable pillow I have ever had!
