Not firm to me.

I noticed the description says “firm-feel” and maybe that is the case for a minute, but i wake up with my back and hip in “pain-feel”everyday with this mattress. I sunk into it. I am returning the mattress after two weeks now.

Bad mattress

It's too bad I have problems with my back as a result of this mattress, at first it feels good, but then your body sinks giving bad posture to my spine

Fabulous Mattress

We love this mattress! Very firm and comfy! Mattress has a soft feel to it like a pillow top w/o the soft top. We have been sleeping soooo good since we bought it! Very happy with our purchase .
