I was very excited to receive these pillows and was just truly disappointed. It is not worth the price at all! As soon as you lay your head down it goes completely flat! I would not recommend!

After using this pillow for over a month on and off , I can say that they are definitely very bad for my neck. I was hoping to replace my old pillow with this new one but every time I use the pillow, I get neck pain. Unfortunately, I couldn’t returned them because I didn’t keep the original packaging and Macy’s didn’t accepted my return although it was during the return period and I have the bar code to return them. I must say that I am very dissatisfied with the pillows and very disappointed with Macy’s customer service.

They are flat and the picture isn't how they look. I would have liked more filling in the pillow.
