So Comfy!!

This heated mattress is so nice, it only came in a full size to sample so I got it for my son’s bed and he absolutely loves it. The heat settings are great and it makes you feel so cozy and comfy. The material is a soft fleece and power cords detach for cleaning.

The product warms the bed and doesn't overheat it which is good. However, I don't care for the fabric and the controller doesn't light up at night to see what the setting or time left is therefore I have no idea about either the heat or time left or if the mattress pad is on. Not my favorite product at all. I am going to call them mfg to see if I can improve this . . . but it isn't intuitive.

Great!!

I love this heating mattress pad from Serta!! I keeps me warm during the night and can easily be used. I love that it has 10 heat settings so that it is useful for the winter with high heat and the summer with low heat. I also appreciate the timer that turns it off after several hours. Overall, this is perfect for me because I always struggle with feeling cold and this is the perfect solution.

Keep my body warm at night

The fabric is super soft and feels cozy against the skin, which makes it easy to relax while using it. It heats up quickly and offers multiple heat settings, which I really appreciate because I can adjust it based on how much relief I need. The auto shut-off feature is great for safety, especially if I accidentally fall asleep while using it (which has happened more than once). It’s also generously sized, so it covers a large area—perfect for shoulders, back, or stomach cramps.

Warm Bed

It was wonderful getting into a warm bed when the temperatures were in the teens and lower. Set up took more effort than expected but it was worth it.
