Surprisingly perfect purchase!
They are soooo comfortable!! Not to soft not too hard. Nice and cool on the outside. I was definitely surprised bc of purchasing online than rather in a store that they were so nice. They are a bit larger than a traditional king. More wide than long.

A solution!!
Holy crap I’ve never tried a cooling pillow that actually works. I have a satin pillowcase on it for face and hair but I could still feel how cool the pillow was. They are fantastic.

Cool
Got these pillows for replacements. The ones we had were getting worn out, so I saw these and decided to give them a try. Happy I did , they are so comfortable and they keep me cool through my night hot flashes.

Good Nights Sleep
I recently ordered a pair of Power Chill pillows by Serta. I fluffed the pair of pillows and allowed them to sit a few hours on my bed before inserting in to pillow cases and making my bed. The pillows fluffed up nicely. The exterior material of the pillow is white with a slight sheen. There is a repeated honey comb shaped pattern throughout the material on front and backside of the pillow. While the pattern looks raised, I didn’t really feel it once I added a pillow case. The filling of the pillow is very soft to the touch and rebounds quickly. I’ve used the pair of pillows in my bed and on the couch for several days now. For the first 10 mins or so the pillow really is cool to the touch. When I would flip the pillow over the backside would be cool as well. I would periodically flip them during the night to get the cooler side of the pillow. It’s very refreshing and helped me relax after a long day. The pillow is soft and super comfortable. When I laid down, I could feel the pillow form to the back of my head. My head, neck and shoulders felt supported throughout the night.

Nice pillows
These serta cool pillows are soft and nice. They are fluffy when you first take them out of the vacuum sealed bags they come in. I left them to air out over night before fully using it. The first night I started using the pillow it held its shape really well, it was soft but still had a bit or firmness which was nice. I didn't really notice the cooling feature though which was a bit disappointing since it's supposed to some form of cooling. But overall it's a very comfortable pillow.

So cool
I love these Serta Power Chill 2 Pack Pillows. They are the real deal. They are ice cold. I’ve found that the trick to these kinds of pillows is to use them without cases and just wash the whole pillow. At night when I’m feeling warm, I just rotate my pillow or move to the other side of the pillow to get fresh coldness. I definitely sleep much better on these pillows.

Great pillows!
I got these pillow about a week ago and I am pleasantly surprised with them. They were packed right but fluffed up really great when I opened them. They are cooling, comfortable and soft.
